Photo Guidelines

A great photo makes it personal

Choose a clear, well-lit photo with the face fully visible. Original images usually give better results than screenshots or images saved from social media.

For the best result

  • Use a sharp photo with natural, even lighting.
  • Keep the entire face visible, including ears for pet portraits.
  • Avoid heavy filters, motion blur, deep shadows, and objects covering the face.
  • Leave some space around the subject instead of cropping too tightly.
  • Follow the file type, size, and photo-count requirements shown on the product page.

Check before submitting

Review your chosen photo and any custom text carefully. Photo quality affects the final print, and screen colors may differ from printed fabric.

Use photos with permission

Only upload images you own or have permission to use, including permission from the people pictured where needed. Avoid copyrighted artwork, brand logos, and other third-party material unless you have the necessary rights.
